Content Specialist

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about content creation, video production, and social media marketing. You will support our marketing team as an assistant to our marketing manager by focusing on creating videos, photography, and written content used across a variety of platforms and channels.

Duties:

  • Create and produce a variety of video (primary) and photography (secondary) content guided by the Brand Marketing Manager
  • Transport gear to each set, set up lighting, operate the camera and audio equipment, and upload and organize the content for editing.
  • Edit, publish, and distribute the videos produced on YouTube while promoting their launch through Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok
  • Share other engaging content daily across various platforms
  • Write copy for a variety of platforms including the website and social media
  • Organize, tag, and manage media assets through our digital asset management system
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends
  • Perform miscellaneous related duties as required and assigned by manager including project management and attending events.

Your Attributes:

  • You are detail oriented to ensure proper management of all tasks ex: ensuring batteries are charged before filming, checking spelling on posts etc.
  • Fearless, flexible, and fast-moving; proactive and creative problem-solver. Speaks up to gather information
  • Competent presenter in small and large group settings
  • Creative, but uses data to generate new ideas
  • Thrives under pressure; can-do attitude
  • Open to constructive feedback and direction changes
  • Self-motivated; works with minimal direction, but checks in at appropriate points

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
  • Experience with camera operations and lighting setups
  • Experience with audio mixing, motion graphics/animation, photography and social media assets
  • 2+ years of video editing and post production work, a portfolio for review must be included with your application
  • 2+ years of proven work experience in content writing, marketing, and promotion across all platforms
  • Must be tech savvy and have experience writing and posting on social media platforms
  • Detail oriented and able to manage lots of information efficiently with google sheets
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Have a self-starter attitude with the ability to execute and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (after-hours, weekend trips, etc) aka not just a 9-5.
  • Lives in Flagstaff/Williams (Northern Arizona) area
  • Bonus: Strong knowledge about outdoor and consumer packaged products OR about the off-road industry and current content trends

Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in the warehouse! This individual will oversee the organization, cleanliness and daily functions of the warehouse to ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently. This individual will also be responsible for KC vehicles and assisting with building / property maintenance. We are looking for someone who is experienced in managing people and maintaining warehouse operations. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, self motivated and ready to take charge!

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a warehouse/shop environment
  • Clean DMV Record with valid Driver's License
  • Able to lift up to 80 lbs
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience
  • Dependable, responsible and hard-working
  • Self-starter with high energy
  • Able to use basic hand tools
  • Attention to detail
  • Management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory

Duties:

  • Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.
  • Completes all required management reports.
  • Executes maintenance activities when needed.
  • Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve warehouse operations.
  • Ensures that the warehouse is clean and organized at all times.
  • Ensures organization of the warehouse inside and out.
  • Cross check inventory as it comes in.
  • Schedules and delegates:
  • > Building maintenance - maintains google sheet
  • > Vehicle maintenance schedule
  • > Prioritization of jobs for direct reports
  • > Part Pick Up Runs (Local)
  • > Cardboard bale recycle schedule
  • > Incoming Inventory inspection / QA
  • Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedules and delegates tasks
  • Hires and trains new warehouse employees.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of warehouse employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
