Production Worker

We are looking for a hard-working production Worker to assist in the manufacturing process of our products. The Production Worker's responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines. To be successful as a production worker you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding production worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to stand throughout the day and work in a fast paced environment with accuracy
  • Must be able to work in a team oriented environment
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to learn new processes on the fly and be able to apply them effectively
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Dependable, responsible and hard-working
  • Self-starter with high energy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.

DUTIES:

  • Following health and safety standards.
  • Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
  • Assembling products and parts.
  • Following production guidelines and specifications.
  • Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
  • Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
  • Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.
  • Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
  • Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.

Shipping Clerk

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in the shipping department! This individual will be supporting the shipping team with day to day responsibilites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Thorough understanding of shipping policies and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and technology
  • Ability to stand throughout the day and work in a fast paced environment with accuracy
  • Must be able to do basic math with accuracy
  • Must be able to work in a team oriented environment
  • Clean DMV Record with valid Driver's License
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to learn new processes on the fly and be able to apply them effectively
  • Able to lift up to 80 lbs
  • Pallet jack experience
  • Dependable, responsible and hard-working
  • Self-starter with high energy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.

DUTIES:

  • Pulling, packaging, and shipping standard and 3rd party orders
  • Pulling, packaging, and shipping stocking orders from our larger accounts
  • Preparing work area for next shipping day (Making boxes, stocking shelves, pulling orders)
  • Preparing freight shipments when needed (stacking, strapping, and wrapping palleted orders)
  • Documenting all related activities and completing forms and reports.
  • Performing other related duties as directed.
  • Working with other departments to get parts needed to complete orders
  • Occasionally doing the daily mail run

Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in the warehouse! This individual will be supporting the warehouse manager with the day to day responsibilities including receiving and sorting product, arranging stock in the warehouse as well as maintenance around the building and of the vehicles.

  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

DUTIES:

  • Light cleaning and maintenance of building
  • Prep and assembly of various products (lighting, metal related)
  • Equipment and vehicle maintenance
  • Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed.
  • Operates forklift as needed.
  • Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
  • Performs other related duties as directed.
  • Assists the manager with the following
  • > Managing warehouse inventory and maintaining databases
  • > Coordinating and scheduling the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
  • > Implementing daily production and shipping plan
  • > Arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse
  • > Managing daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments
  • > Confirming availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items
