Proof of Purchase
KC HiLiTES will send you an email confirmation of your order to the email address you have provided with your order. You will also receive an order packing slip with your shipment.
U.S. and Canada Sales Only
The KC HiLiTES Online Store accepts orders from billing and ship-to addresses within the United States, most United States territories and Canada only.
Sales Tax
KC HiLiTES will charge you Arizona state sales tax only if your shipping address is based in the state of Arizona. The proof of purchase that KC HiLiTES emails to you will include any applicable sales tax.
Payment Methods
Credit or Debit Cards, PayPal
For your convenience, the KC HiLiTES Online Store accepts credit card, debit card and PayPal methods of payment. When you provide KC HiLiTES with your card information, KC HiLiTES will obtain a pre-approval from the card company through Authorize.net for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. KC HiLiTES will not bill your credit or debit card until your order ships.
KC HiLiTES accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit, debit, or check cards associated with a billing address within the United States, United States territories and Canada.
The KC HiLiTES Online Store requires the credit, debit, or check card security code for your card for any online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
Shipping Options
KC HiLiTES Online Store offers Free Standard Shipping on product orders of $25 or more shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to non-contiguous US States, US territories and Canada qualify for free standard shipping if the product ordered is equal to or more than $400 USD. Orders less than the qualifying amounts will be charged a fair shipping fee based on the dollar amount of the order. The shipping charge will be listed on your invoice during checkout. Delivery for standard shipping will normally take between 3 to 7 business days after the order ship date.
Order Processing
The shipment of your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. Once your payment is authorized, the order fulfillment process will begin. KC HiLiTES will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. KC HiLiTES will normally ship your order within one to two business days depending on product availability.
Order Status / Tracking
You can check the status of your online order by logging in to your KC HiLiTES Online Store account. In most cases, a tracking number will be listed under your order status once the item has shipped.
Return and Refund Policy
Unopened or unused items in their original box may be returned if purchased directly from KC HiLiTES or the KC HiLiTES Online Store. KC HiLiTES will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment for the returned product only. You must return the product to KC HiLiTES within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the RA.

Defective Items
If your KC HiLiTES product is found to be defective, it is covered under the terms of the KC HiLiTES Warranty Policy.

Product Warranty
KC HiLiTES 23 Year Warranty Policy
We proudly warranty all of our products against failure for a period of 23 years. If a housing or reflector rusts, if a switch or relay fails, if a cover fades from the sun; we even warranty all of our bulbs against burnout. Exclusions are abuse and damage caused by accidents or road debris. Defective products must be returned to KC HiLiTES, freight prepaid with a pre-approved Return Authorization number. At our option, we will repair or replace the item(s) in question and return them to you at no charge. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and a sales receipt may be required. After we receive your product, in most cases, it will be repaired or replaced within 2 business days and then returned to you via UPS Ground or US Mail service. UPS Air Freight or Federal Express expedited service is available at your expense. KC HiLiTES is not responsible for any charges incurred by the customer relating to the installation, removal or repair of the product.
